South African plant tour, Saturday, December 27

When most temperate plants are sleeping, South African plants are blooming in a blaze of reds, oranges and other warm colors. Learn about these architecturally interesting and water saving plant on a guided walk at 11am with Frank McDonough, Arboretum botanical information consultant.

Our beautiful fall color continues to amaze!

This might be the last weekend to see the spectacular fall display at its best at the Arboretum. Yellow-leafed Ginkgo should be peaking, so bring the kids for a day of leaf shuffling, leaf-angel making and the beauty of nature.The garden is simply stunning,  bathed in  autumn hues.
