About This Event
Enjoy live music on select Friday nights featuring a variety of family-friendly entertainment and popular local bands! Begin the weekend with a relaxing picnic with family and friends. Gates open at 5pm; concert begins at 6pm.
July 17: The Steven Rushingwind Project – Native World Flute Music
Steven gathered a few local musicians from the Claremont, Ca. area and formed The Rushingwind Project. The Rushingwind Project has a contemporary Native Jazz/blues fusion sound.
July 24: Jessica Fichot – French Chanson, Shanghai jazz and international Folk
Jessica Fichot’s Band performs a mix of original French chanson, Shanghai jazz, and international folk – sung in French, Chinese, Spanish and English. The Guide Dogs of America will be joining us for the evening.
August 7: The Alumni – American Music
The Alumni is a veteran rock and roll band consisting of five accomplished musicians, all graduates of Arcadia High School in the early 1970’s. The Pasadena Humane Society will be joining us for the evening.
August 14: Pumana – Hawaiian-style music
We end our summer concert with the sounds of Pumana. Enjoy Plumeria tours throughout the evening along with a fun make and take Lai Necklace. The Pasadena Humane Society will be joining us for the evening.
Don’t forget to explore the Arboretum during our morning hours at 7:30am.
