News from the Library
Do you want to grow your own vegetable garden filled with vibrant hues of reds, greens, yellows and purples galore and you need help? Visit the Arboretum Library where you can find books on all kinds of vegetable gardening, including recipes on how to turn your home-grown veggies into a meal!
We have gardening books from the 1970s, like this one, when vegetable gardening was just as popular as it is now.

One recommended vegetable gardening book is The Edible French Garden by Rosalind Creasy. In her book, Creasy discusses techniques used in French gardening, has an encyclopedia section on salad greens, and delicious garden recipes, all accompanied by beautiful photographs.
