Mindful Meditation in Nature
Come join us for guided Mindful Meditation at the Garden of Quiet Reflection – a practice that offers you an opportunity to find more inner peace, joyfulness, and connection with nature in your life. Take this time to help yourself learn how to find deeper relaxation physically, mentally, and in spirit.
Focused on helping you to more fully experience and enjoy each and every moment of your life, these sessions include both sitting and walking meditation. Studies reflect the benefits of mindful meditation to include stress reduction, improved concentration, higher energy levels and stronger immunity. Please join us!
About the instructor: Tod Barry has been teaching mindful meditation in nature sessions for the city of Monrovia, CA, to community and staff, over the past 10 years. His training in meditation comes from UCLA’s mindfulness center (MARC).
